To Whom it may Concern,

My name is Jennifer Jupiter,

I'm a PHD doctorate and research specialist in solar radiation and deflection. I was advised by my friend Art Vandalay, who interned for Congresswoman Gaven to present my thesis to your offices. I was a fan of the congresswoman's campaign promises and dedication to address environmental challenges in all its forms, and hope she has time for a meeting. I'm currently finishing my final research about the effects of the increasing thorium veil in the stratosphere, and how it alters the atomic bind on the ozone layer. The potential causal effect is under-reported and deserves more monitoring in my opinion. Continual research and monitoring requires political action, which is why would love to have a chance to report my findings to the esteemed Congresswoman.
